New Developments for Summer 2009:
We are continuing to extend our workshops on Managing Bullying in the Workplace and on Stress Management into new organisations. These workshops help employees at all levels to recognise the symptoms of bullying and of stress and to learn strategies to deal with these issues. The benefits of a happier workforce, lower absenteeism and a resultant healthier organisation are clear to those who tackle these matters. An added benefit is the reduced chance of a case ending in a tribunal hearing.
We continue to deliver our two-day course on Listening Skills for Managers. Enhanced listening skills play a crucial role in sound management practice. We are based in York and work predominately in Yorkshire and the North-East of the UK, although we do have colleagues around the UK and we are able to travel and offer training wherever you are based.
