Next open event: Death weekend workshop

We are inviting bookings now for the next 2 day weekend workshop on the issue of Death. This workshop is running on 13th and 14th November.

We will all experience times when someone close dies or is dying. The situation is difficult and you experience emotions you have never felt and don’t know how to manage. If you are interested in exploring your thoughts and feelings about death and dying, we invite you to experience this weekend workshop.

The places are on this workshop are limited to 8, so if you are interested please let us know as early as you can. The final deadline for bookings is 1st October, 2010.

The workshop venue is located in the staggering surroundings of Lake District, which offers people many choices for accomodation. We are continuing to extend our workshops on Managing Bullying in the Workplace and on Stress Management into new organisations.  These workshops help employees at all levels to recognise the symptoms of bullying and of stress and to learn strategies to deal with these issues.  The benefits of a happier workforce, lower absenteeism and a resultant healthier organisation are clear to those who tackle these matters.  An added benefit is the reduced chance of a case ending in a tribunal hearing.

We continue to deliver our two-day course on Listening Skills for Managers.  Enhanced listening skills play a crucial role in sound management practice.  We have also developed an extended course of three days which includes listening and coaching skills.  If you are interested in this and would like to know more, please feel free to give us a call.
