The Baobab Centre training sessions are cross referenced against the Management Standards Centre National Occupational Standards.
The Management Standards Centre (MSC) is the Government recognised body which sets standards for management and leadership. The MSC has recently been engaged in a publicly-funded project to develop a new set of National Occupational Standards (NOS) for management and leadership. The new standards, which were approved in May 2004, describe the level of performance expected in employment for a range of management and leadership functions/activities. The Baobab Centre personalised training sessions cover many areas of training in management and leadership. Each training session can be delivered either to groups or to individuals. Groups are limited to 15 in number to ensure interactivity and relevance to the trainees. Individual sessions are available on a coaching basis where the course content is covered and that individual’s own issues are also addressed.
