For a small monthly fee you can have telephone advice from our qualified HR professionals. With a practical and pragmatic approach, we guide you through any employment issue from a disciplinary and grievance procedure to dealing with sickness absence. We draft all letters and support you throughout the process. Just as crucially, we allow you to manage your staff in the way your business needs

We can provide a health check on all your current employment contracts and employee handbooks. If required, we can provide terms and conditions of employment, and policy documents for all types of employees and casual staff.

One-to-one business support can be provided in your work place, using the expertise of qualified and experienced HR professionals to help you deal with the issues facing your business.  This HR support can be provided as and when you need it, by the hour or by the day, or on a contractual basis if this suits your needs.
